Cancellation
For cancellations received in writing by September 15, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations on or after September 15, 2026, or in case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded and remains payable.
If you have registered and wish to cancel your registration, you may suggest a replacement participant at any time.
Disclaimer
The congress organizers and the congress organization decline all responsibility for damage to property and personal injury that may arise in connection with the congress. Likewise, there is no entitlement to compensation in the event of changes to the program or non-appearance of speakers or cancellation of sessions published in the scientific program. Participants take part in all events of this conference at their own risk.
Force majeure (uncontrollable events)
If the Congress cannot be held as planned for reasons beyond our control (including predicted or actual storms, earthquakes, floods and disasters), war, threats or acts of terrorism, epidemics or disease outbreaks, travel advisories issued by a government agency or the World Health Organization with respect to Lucerne, all registration fees already paid (less a CHF 100 processing fee) will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy above. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims, costs or expenses of any kind due to cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification of the congress.
Insurance
Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance, such as travel, health and accident insurance. The organizer and the congress organization disclaim any liability for damage to property and personal injury.
